Wuzhou-August 1, a young girl from North Korea was sewing up pieces of a carpet with a sewing machine. In order to solve the labor shortage problem, Mengdumei Carpet Co. Ltd recruited a group of female workers from North Korea by contacts with multiple organizations to gain permission from North Korea. The company arranged some skilled workers to train the young North Korean girls and conduct their jobs, enable them to master the operation skills and work independently after a short period.
