At 10:58 am. December 29th, 2009, Changzhou hydro junction No.3 & No. 4 ship lock engineering commencement and Gui-Wu Channel opening to navigation ceremony was held on the bank at the right of Changzhou hydro junction’s No.2 ship lock in Wuzhou.
